A8N32-SLI Deluxe will not POST with 4x1GB installed

Is there a reason that this occurs? I can have 3x1GB but not all 4 dimm slots populated. Any ideas? I am running latest BIOS, 1405.

I was trying to run all four DIMMs at 1t. Reset CMOS and all is well. Even though Windows only sees 3.0GB of it 🙂
