A8N32-SLI Bios Update Question

I currently have my system with a raid 0 array. Since its reccomended to return bios settings to default when upgrading the bios I was wondering if there were any special considerations I should take when upgrading the bios with my raid configuration. Do I need to do anything special or just set to default, do the upgrade, set the settinggs for the raid config and then it will all work fine? I'm hoping those of you out there who are smarter than I can give me some guidance

I do know that updating the bios returns all the bios setting to their default. Does that affect your raid? Shouldn't as long as you note all of your settings and restore them after you reboot and change the bios setting back to what you had them at.
Remember, you DO NOT need to update the bios just because there is an update! See if any of the "fixes" will help you. If not, just say no.
