Which would perform better with my card? I was thinking that the 3200 xpress would be better but I'm not certain. Also, I have an opty 170 coming in the mail (...damn slow ass hell monarch computers...) which I plan to OC to at least 2.8 with 2x 1GB OCZ PC4000 EB Platinums (mem)

Help me see the light!
 
The only thing is Asus is the only one out with a 3200 xpress mobo -- costs 250-280 everywhere I go :-(
Isn't DFI supposed to come out with a new mobo?
 
I went ahead and bought the A8R32 from ZZF: $210 w/ 'free' 2 day shipping. I'll let you guys know how it goes. On similar news, I got my x1900xt to OC to 675/790 and I'm still not done -- not to mention my Accelero 2 cooler is in the mail.
 
Well, looking around the net, it seems that end-users are currently not getting the high overclocks you get in reviews.

It's a bit worrying considering that I have one on my way..

I don't think anyone has managed to do 300Mhz at 1:1 - although one has done 299 which is close enough.

Long thread, but having gone through the whole of it, I haven't even seen anyone mention "300Mhz" even with dividers. One of the guy seems to have trouble pushing 280 even with a divider of 133.

I took the plunge, mine should arrive tomorrow. Will see how it goes.
 
Could be other issues. You know how people are. Using Kingston Mem to OC or 4 dimms. Not to mention crap CPUs. I got my Opty 170 today and am SUPER excited -- 0550UPMW so it should do 3+ Ghz :-D
