A8N-SLI vs. MSI K8N Neo 4 SLI (Platinum)

I am finally upgrading my old CUSL2 PIII-1000.

I am not a gamer or overclocker, but do occasional video editing.

I bought an Athlon 64 3200+ and a Sapphire X800GTO video card.

I can't decide between the A8N-SLI and the MSI K8N (Neo4) (Platinum) SLI motherboards.

The A8N gets decent reviews but people seem quite annoyed with the chipset fan noise. The MSI seems to get better reviews overall.

So A8N-SLI, MSI, or just get a fanless A8N-SLI premium or A8N32?

Money is not really an issue.
