A8N-SLI USB 2.0 PCI to USB controller conflict

🙁Hello everyone, I have a A8N-SLI (single mode), EVGA 6800 GT, Sound Blaster Audigy2 value. I've installed Win XP pro sp1a, and everything was fine until I installed the Nforce drivers (currently using v 6.53). I get a conflict in device manager as soon as I install the 6.53 drivers, and when I uninstall the Nfoce drivers the problem is gone. I then upgrade to sp2 and got the same results. I then isntalled a copy of Win XP pro sp2 from scratch and got the same results when I install the Nforce drivers. No USB devices were installed when windows was installed

I can uninstalle it from device manager, then reboot, it clears the problem untill I connect a USB device or until my next reboot. After I reboot (wheathe I connect something or not) the problem comes back permanetly. I've been on the phone with ASUS serveral times, but they were not help. I also spent 1.5 hours on the phone with microsoft, but they were no help. I did notice that my PCI to USB driver is dated 6/1/2002 isn't this a little old of a driver to be included in sp2??? I wish ASUS would just make USB 2.0 driver for their board instead of using Windows default witch is not working very well.

Please reply back if you have any sugestions. Thank for any help you may have.
