I can't find any information on getting two different PCI-E video cards running at once on an SLI motherboard. Does anything special need to be done?

Thanks,
ben

Not that I know of. I'm running two ATI video cards on a DFI Ultra-D to power two monitors.
So you didn't touch the "EZ-switch" or anything like that? Just plugged 'em in?

Ultra-D doesnt support SLI. However, it has two pci-e slots so you can use two different video cards. As for using two different PCI-E on a A8N I haven ever try it before, mine is in SLi mode. Maybe you can try to power it up with out the EZ-Plug, since the EZ-PLug is to bridge both cards in SLi mode.
