A8N-SLI reboots on alt-tab

When I alt-tab out of an application my system reboots. Not everytime but almost everytime. Any ideas, anyone else having this problem?

A8N-sli bios 1003
win XP pro

Problem resolved once i went to the 1004-001 bios

Was this 1003 FINAL you were running when this was happening to you? Glad you got it resolved with the latest beta.

Yes, it was 1003 final that I was running during this problem.
