A8N-SLI reboots on alt-tab

When I alt-tab out of an application my system reboots. Not everytime but almost everytime. Any ideas, anyone else having this problem?

Was this 1003 FINAL you were running when this was happening to you? Glad you got it resolved with the latest beta.
