A8N-SLI Premium Shutdowns

I've had the A8N-SLI premium for a few months now, and am having lots of trouble. I built the following system:
A8N-SLI Premium
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+
Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB
2 Pair CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) VS1GBKIT400
ZALMAN CNPS7000B-Cu
eVGA 256-P2-N376-AX Geforce 6800GT
AeroCool Turbine Power ATX12V 550W and PC Power & Cooling 510 SLI-PFC 510W

I've tried alots of different ram settings, and with the ddr voltage up to 2.85 and 3-3-3-8 as the timing, the motherboard seems to run. XP MCE will run for long periods of time playing dvds just fine, but randomly or when I try to do intensive work, the machince spontaneously shutsdown.

After reading lots of different forums, I replaced the AeroCool powersupply with the SLI-PFC 510W since it sounded like I had a power issue. The new powersupply made no difference. I started over with memtest, and just 1 512M stick in slot B1. Memtest runs for about 10 minutes, and then the machine shutsdown, no errors, just powers off. If I put a second stick in A1, for a total of 1Gig, the machine shutsdown after just a minute or two, again with no error shown.

I was wondering if anyone has a good set process to try to determine where the issue might be. I can order different memory, but at this point I've already bought 2 new powersuppies, and a second video card to try to resolve stability issues, so don't want to just buy more ram if its not going to help.

Thanks for the help.
Matt
