Ok i just put my new opteron 144 in there. Basically i cant work out how to set the memory. I have kingston value ram 3200. I have got my clock set at 311x9 but my memory crashes my pc if i dont have it set on auto. It is now only running at 396 mhz. How can i atleast get it to the proper 400? This bios is the most confusing i have ever seen. Any good settings ne1 has please tell me and any advice would be real nice!
 
Well it isnt stable now for some reason. I have downclocked it to 300x 9. I still want to know how to set the memory speed. Can anyone help me?
