A8N-SLI Premi Bios Flash

i did a bios flash on the a8n sli premi and the flash seemed to go flawlessy but when i rebooted it gave me a disk boot error. exact error reads "disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter." what went wrong and what can be done to correct this issue here?
 
Clear the CMOS, turn on, enter BIOS, Load Setup Defaults, Save and Exit.

On reboot, enter BIOS again, do the settings, Save and Exit.

ok, i reset cmos for about 30min and then entered bios to load defaults. im still getting the same error message. i cant even load my OS disk to clear things out. i wonder if i somehow have a bios thats not compatible with my MB. or somehow, somewhere, the floppy that i have is corrupted. the only thing that works for me is bios and a boot from floppy. i guess i will make a new bios floppy and a try it all over again.

ok, as always, i made a VERY critical error. when installing the floppy drive, i musta bumped sata cable out of the sata controller. therefore, i had no hard drive. DOHHHHHHHHH. i checked my connections and sure enough, thats what happened. everything is up and running now. thanks for your input though. much appreciated.
