A8N-Sli internet problems

Hello, hope someone can help me, this is driving me nuts.

i got the A8N-Sli motherboard for 2 months now, everythings running fine except for 1 thing: When im on Dc++ downloading, and i do a search or open up internet explorer: my internet loses focus or something, because dc++ disconnects all the hubs im connected to. i have to reconnects the whole time, which sucks because now i cant do other thing while dc++ is downloading

-did not install harware firewall
-just updated to 6.70 -> still disconnections
-used another lancard -> still disconnections
-configured lancard -> still disconnections

hope someone can help
