A8N-SLI DEXLUE SLOW IN GAMES PLEASE HELP

No mater what rez i use it runs slow. It loads the games extremely fast, but it just gets no zip in game.

I have tried doom 3 and half life 2 and they both run 30fps with many freezes.

I have:

a8n-sli deluxe with 1 videocard
the onboard sli chip is set to single, and the bios is set to normal.

athlon 3200+
1.5 gb pc 3200 ram
2x250 gb hdd's in raid-0

updated catalyst drivers.
direct x 9.0c.

I have no idea where to even start looking thanks for the help in advance.

Sorry.. forgot to mention video card.

It's a Saphire x700 pro pci express.

No offense.... but that's just not much of a video card That's probably the reason for the poor performance.

Well, even an X700pro shouldn't come to a halt.

Go into Start --> Run --> dxdiag

Then go to the Display tab.

Are all the options enabled? (Especially AGP texture accelleration, which can reveal that your GART drivers are not working properly)
