A8N-SLI Deluxe

I'm using the A8N-SLI Deluxe with latest official BIOS (1016). I have two HDs on nForce 4 ports 1&2. Is there a way to lock the PCI/SATA buses without using ports 3&4 or the Sil Image controller on this board?

I think you lock the PCI by doing sync to 33.33 MHz but does that also lock the SATA?
