i need to set my fsb to 1000 mhz ... right now its 800mhz and i cant for the life of me figure out how to change the freq

my cpu does support 1000fsb in case you're wondering

Its on the CPU config page in bios, its labeled HT multi set it to 5x

it is set to 5x ... still 800mhz
