I have 2x512mb Crucial Ballistix PC3200.

It's currently set to 2T. Would I have any problems running it at 1T settings?

You should have no problems running at 1T.

as long as ou only have 2 sticks, it should run 1t fine.

1T will work fine with basically any two sticks of RAM. If you go to four sticks, you will probably have to go to 2T.

as long as you arent running them at ddr600 speeds with 2-2-2-5 timings, id say you are fine.
