Hi about a month or so ago I built a new computer for myself with the components as follows:
A8N-SLI Deluxe
Athlon 64 4000+
Zalman CNPS7700-Cu
Arctic Silver 5
OCZ ModStream 520W
Lian-Li PC-65
Corsair XMS3200XL Pro Series DDR
XFX 256MB 6800GT PCIe
LG GSA-4163B DVD-RW
Samsung TS-H94A Combo
Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 2070SB
It has ran fine for 3-4 weeks no probs at all not even a blue screen and yesterday i flashed the bios to ver 1004 and now today when i try to turn it on nothing comes up everything is powered on just no signal on the screen and it just hangs, i don't know what the problem could be as everything is installed correctly as it ran fine without me touching anything for the last 3 weeks at least what should i do

First, let me just say this cause I"m sure others will anyway, and you need to hear it. If you can't figure this problem out, you probably shouldn't be building your own computer. Now, on to how to fix the problem.

If you just flashed your bios, most likely that messed it up. You'll need to look at your mobo manual and read how to reset your bios. That should fix your problem. About the only other thing that I've seen common that has the sort of problem you described is a bad CPU. But most likely resetting your bios should fix the problem.

And on to a message for any other new computer builder. Do not upgrade your bios unless it fixes a problem you have. Out of any type of drive/update to be careful about, the bios is probably the most delicate one. Happy troubleshooting! :D
