a8n-sli deluxe sata/raid setup - sil or nvidia?

i'm going to install everything on my new a8n-sli system today. i'm going to setup both of my raptors on raid 0. my question is, should i set them up on the nvidia drivers and the black onboard connectors or the sil red ones? would you recommend one over the other, considering my setup?

Your installation will be much more straight forward if you use the nVidia SATA connectors.
