A8N-SLI Deluxe NIC problems

Take a look at this screen shot. It is not supposed to be like this with the send having a ton more packets sent than the receive side. If I connect my modem to my computer via USB the packets sent are much less than the received side. Also my A8N32-SLI Deluxe computer has much less sent packets than received. What is going on and does anyone else have the same problem? What the hell is it sending data to?
