A8N-SLI Deluxe mobo accessories

I got this USB 2 back plate however it seems the connector is wrong. Like at the end of the connector there is one hole that is filled with something so that nothing can be plugged in to it. Well I THINK it's filled on the wrong hole. It doesn't seem to go into any of my USB headers on my mobo.

Am I missing something here or did ASUS screw up?

-Serial ATA Externl

-1 Serial Port

*I personally think the 4 usb ports should of been lumped together or the usb with firewire. The serial and gameport could also of been lumped together.

This should plug into the USB header on the motherboard. Look carefully, their should be one pin missing on the motherboard header. This is so you get it set to the right orientation

Looks like I read this one wrong 😱

Yeah the usb connection has one filled in. Get out the manual and check which ones this will plug into. I think it's the two without surrounding plastic.

The slot 2USB one is the one where the pin that is blocked out is like reversed. I'm guessing there may be another location but I haven't found it yet.

That's funny. That is the one I'm using. Its located on the bottom about 3-4inches from the left.

It's located right under my last PCI Slot near the back of it!
