A8N-SLI Deluxe Fails to POST

Hi guys

A8N-SLI Deluxe Fails to POST!!!!
When I boot in the mornings, all the fans turn on but it just sits there! no beeps! nothing! but when I press reset it boots fine and I can use it all day.

I am using BIOS 1007.2 but hasnt helped

And ThermalTake Butterfly 480w and im not overclocking

Please help

This is probrabaly a power supply issue from cold boot, as your psu only has 18a on the 12v rail, and that rating at max load.
