why is it that the german site shows all of these updates but the us and others only shows 1006.
http://www.asuscom.de/support/news/news.htm

I don't read german but it seems like there is alot more updates there I have ever seen in the us. but why does it say" A8N-SLI Deluxe 1007 Final (=1007 - 04 Beta) "also if I do the live update it says you need awdflash 1.11?

How is this on OC? I have three main questions before I switch:

1) Did they fix the 1T memory issue like they said they would?
2) Are there any additional memory dividers? A 3/4 would be fantastic for those of us using x9 multipliers.
3) Overclocks still run up where they should be? My board is nice and happy at 283x9, prime blend stable for 12+ hours. Other BIOS have not let me take the HTT that high for some reason.

The final 1007 is same as 1007-004 beta, meaning no changes were made and 1007-004 was released as final :)

Use live update 6.05.01 and you're fine...

Thats good news. 1006 sucked for overclocking, sounds like 1007 is at least on par with 1004.

On it now myself. Actually seems to be a bit more stable than 1004 - on 1004 I was having crash problems in Battlefield Vietnam (wasn't the OC - it was 12 hour prime stable + Doom 3, Far Cry, Prince of Persia, UT2004, and Call of Duty ran A-OK for hours on end).

I retract my previous statement. After about a week on 1007, I found myself having random reboots and prime failures. Flashed back to 1004, and all was well.

Stick with 1004 Final if you're OCing.
