A8N-SLI Deluxe and nVRAID Power problem

Hi,
I decided this week to raid two WD Raptors and everything is running ok EXCEPT when I enable power management and set the hard drives to power off after a set time, the drives will not power back up. I am using the nVRAID on the board.
Anyone got a fix for this? The RAID is my boot drive.
