Update your Bios to 1007 at least or newer...try...and pray. Then if your problem does not dissappear, change the command rate to 2T.
The ASUS seems to have a problem when the four dimm slots are populated and running at 1T command rate. I am sure that if you change your command rate to 2T, they will work.

Also check Asus's QVL for memory on this board, I know there are several rams that are only supported with 2 sticks, I hope yours is not one.

*edit*

Your's does appear to be supported for 4 sticks.

Are you using a Winchester CPU?

If so, their memory controllers don't play nice with 4 DIMMS. Usually, the refuse to run them at full speed and clock them down to DDR333, but perhaps in this case, the processor is just saying "no" and leaving it at that.

Don't even try to run at 1T, problably won't post. Leave it at 2T and be gentle with timings, 4 sticks are a little diffcult to work.
