A8N SLI Deluxe ActiveArmor lost

Somehow I have lost my ability to access ActiveArmor. Seems it occurred after a failed attempt at getting SmartDoctor to run. I still get the nvidia firewall loaded in the systray and it appears to be active but have lost all links to AA. Isn't AA built in to the nforce4 chipset? Have tried to reload chipset drivers but the exe. program won't run, just get a "Chipset_XP&2k.part1.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" report to Microsoft screen message. any ideas?
