I have Standby set to 45 minutes, but it will never go to sleep. I can set it to 1 minute and it will go to sleep. But, 45 mintues, it won't. I assume that there is something keeping it awake.

I am using the Marvell LAN. I have the NV LAN disabled in the BIOS (nVidia needs to seriously update that driver). I have the Marvell LAN set for WoL and "Only allow management stations to bring the computer out of standby" checked.

I have the monitor set to go to sleep at 20 minutes. No problem with that. But, the computer will not go to sleep at 45 minutes. WTF?

I am using BIOS version 1002 and no other PCI cards.
 
I've narrowed it down. 10 minutes works, 15 minutes does not work. This is with no screen saver and monitor and hard drives stanby time set to never.

Any clues?
