I am trying to get 2 x Prolink (pixelview) 6600GT cards to run in SLI mode on an Asus A8n-SLI Deluxe board but they are not wanting to come to the party. They install and run ok - both show up in windows device manager, the Asus board is set to Dual card mode using the selector and I am forcing it into SLI mode in Bios BUT there is no tab in the driver to enable SLI mode (the Multi-GPU tab in the advanced options of the nvidia driver).
I have tried nvidia drivers 66.93, and the updated Asus chipset drivers, as well as a couple of clean installs. I have also tried a bios update to a beta but it was too unstable and didnt work. My friend has exactly the same problem with the same hardware.
Two questions:
1. Has anyone had 2 x prolink (pixelview) 6600GTs working with the a8n-sli (and if yes what drivers/settings)
2. Has anyone had the experience of the Mult-GPU tab not showing up and how did they solve it?
