A8N PCIE Clock Speed

So I am pretty happy with my A8N-SLI MB setup, it's running pretty well and decently overclocked with no problems (I finally fixed all those that I inflicted on myself, heh). I have an eVGA 6600GT graphics card OCed to 580 MHz GPU/1.16 GHz RAM, and that's been serving me well also.

I have seen the PCIE clock speed setting in the BIOS, but haven't read anything about changing it. Is there any reason why this setting should be changed, or any reason why it needs to be left where it is at the default 100 MHz?
