A8n-E Overclocked_Voltage

Hi All!
I am new to the world of overclocking. I somehow goggled and managed to overclock my pc. I have a few questions.
My PC was running stable with a voltage of 1.39 - 1.52 (i have not tried beyond 1.52). So is it necessary to increase the V-Core Voltage to 1.52 or more even though it runs stable at 1.392?
Should I try overclocking the chip further, if I am able to maintain the temperature between 48-52 C (I mean my motherboard allows a max of 400 MHz FSB)?
Also is it necessary to increase the voltage for RAM even if it is running stable at default voltage?

Lastly are the settings below appropriate (I don't wanna kill my chip )
V-Core Voltage: 1.52 volts (Default: 1.4 volts)
External Frequency: 250 MHz (Default: 200 MHz)
Multiplier: 9
HTT Multiplier: 4 (Default:: 5)
CPU Temp on Full Load (using prime95): 49-52 C (Normal: 46-48)
FSB: 1000 MHz
Memory Voltage: 2.6 volts
Room Temperature: 30-33 C
CPU Clock: 2250 MHz (Default: 1800 MHz)
State: Stable (used prime95 for 6 hours and 1 hours of Memtest)
RAM Timings: 2.5, 3, 3, 7 (Default: 3.0, 3, 3, 8)
Motherboard: ASUS A8N-E
RAM: Simmtronics 512 MB DDR 400 (PC3200)
Display Card: Gigabyte PCI Express ATI Radeon X300SE (128 MB; Core Speed: 325; Memory Speed: 200 MHz)
