i just wanted to know that which one performs better , about the feature set and also most importantly which overclocks better ??? thanks in advance ,i know these mobos are kinda old but i am making a budget system here
 
I just got the neo4 plat. HERE (click) for $49...


...love the board, replaced bad MB with it - have not done any bench marks, seems really fast and is very stable...

There are 4 different MB's here all on special for $49 HERE (click) - even a MSI K8N SLi and a ATI Chipset MB

that's an awesome price! I'd get the msi platinum, as both boards are nearly identical. Look at the deal on the 7800gtx on that page!
 
That price is so awesome !!!! problem is that i dont live in US, i know k8neo4-platinum is a very good mobo but i just wanted to know if somebody can link me a review of a8n-e cuz i heard its abetter overclocker
