Will i have any problems OCing with the following config.
Also i have to get TCCD chips as i am restricted by 3VDimm on A8N-E

Currently i havent purchased anything will be getting it somewhere around June End or July 1st Week.

Are the ram prices expected to go down.
Any better suggestions for ram i have a budget of max $200

That Rev 2 should get ver close to 275 1:1

It's not a big deal if you run a memory divider on an A64, the performance hit is minimal.. and you can run tighter timings..

Which Rev2 , DDR400 or DDR500.
Any advantages of getting a DDR500 over DDR400 OCZ.
Or both OC the same.

Will a Ram with a tighter timings at 250 using Divider DDR333[5:6] perform better
or a Ram with loose timings as 3-4-4-8/9-1T 1:1 at 285 give me better perf.

Also how much effect does Mem BW have on the computer perf.

Read Zebo's discussion on memory overclocking and the value of lower priced RAM over higher priced RAM. After reading this, you may decide to use cheaper RAM with a memory divider.

If you really want RAM rated at for 275MHz, then look for RAM in the DDR566 - DDR600 range.
