Ever since I got my new motherboard, processor, and memory chip, I've had numerous problems with my computer. right now I think I've narrowed it down to the motherboard, the memory, the video card, or some conflict therein. any ideas on cheap fixes will be appreciated since I don't think I can afford a new video card. Right now I'm wondering if there has been a manufacturing defect on the motherboard or the memory chip since I have had the video card on a stable system before.

My System:

Athlon 2600 333Mhz FSB
Asus A7v8x-x
512mb Atlas brand DDR2700
Radeon All-in-Wonder 7500
Maxtor 60gb
generic 80gb
Western Digital 17gb
liteon DVD
Antec 350watt ps
windows XP Pro

Problems:
Computer will...
randomly reboot without warning
lose file/s or corrupt file/s on hard drive/s
complain about corrupted windows boot files but when restarted doesn't
randomly run chkdsk on one or more harddrives during bootup
occaisionally send error reports to microsoft after a normal boot/reboot

Solutions tried:
unhooked drives on primary then reformatted
unhooked drives on secondary then reformatted
replaced power supply
ran hard drive diagnostics - they all passed
checked temperature and voltage up to restarts - all normal
reseated both memory & video cards
checked, double checked, and triple checked all jumpers and cables
checking the memory bus speed

Notes:
Motherboard, processor, memory, and power supply are all brand new

Any advice will be appreciated.
