A7V333R: Promise FastTrack Raid Controller Stripe options.....which one should I pick?

My Asus A7V333R has this integrated raid controller. When setting up the drives, I can't choose the specific stripe size to choose, but I am prompted with three options instead: Server, Desktop, and A/V Editing. The controller doesn't tell me what the stripe size is for each setting. Does anybody know?!?!?
 
Well, I am only guessing (I do have this mb though, and chose this option), but I would say that server uses a small stripe size (16k??), the desktop a medium (32k??) and the a/v editing a large size (64k)??) So I chose the desktop, and it flies ! My 1800+ in that box beats my 2000+ in a KX7333r (raid using HPT controller, 32k stripe was the middle choice) in loading WC3 multiplayer games.
