What is the theoretical max cpu native that could be put in the A7V333. Do we ever expect an Athlon to be released to run at native 333 to take advantage of 333 ram?
The way I understand it is that the Athlon chip will never be able to take advantage of the 333 to it's fullest. You'll have to wait for the next kind of chip.

Not that I've heard. But anyway, the A7V333 with simple BIOS updates should take any future Socket A Athlon XP's incluiding upcoming Barton's and TBreds which will reach at least 2Ghz before the end of its life span, prolly a bit higher. HAMMER will not be supported tho
