Hello, i have an acquaintance with these specs:


A7V333
Athlon XP 1700 w/AC3 45 deg C under load
MSI GeForce4 Ti 4200
512 PC2100 Generic RAM
Maxtor 20 GB Slim Drive
Creative 32x CDROM
300W PSU
Aopen HQ08 w/ 3 case fans
Win98SE and XP Home

and plays 2 main games (unreal tournament and dark age kamelot).

The system boots him back to the windows 98 desktop after about 5 hours of gaming.
I've checked CPU Temp and reseated it, same deal.

He upgraded his OS to XP Home, but it is still booting him back to the desktop after about 5 hours of gaming.
I have no idea what the problem could be, and it would take days to troubleshoot.

Any ideas guys?
