A7V333 12V problem

I found is BIOS is reading 12.60V and Pc Probe is 13.50V !!!
Is that ok or the Power is over voltage already?

My PSU is Icute 400W(came with casing)
12V= 18A
5V= 40A
3.3V=28A

My PC Probe did the same thing. I don't believe it. I believe what the BIOS reports, which is 12.8V (not too uncommon).

Thank mechBgon, Now I set the 12V +- in Pc Probe to 13% so the warning will be silent.
