I installed:
1.2ghz T-bird 266mhz FSB ("C" type)
512mb PC133 Crucial Ram CL 2
A7V133 - BIOS 1004
Maxtor 40gb ATA 100 7,200 RPM
Hercules 64mb GTS Pro
Windows 98 2nd edition
VIA 4-in-1 4.29v
I built this system couple weeks ago. Sometimes I have shutdown or restart problem when I shut down or restart my computer. I see the Win 98 logo after i go to shutdown mode, but it never shuts down. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work. Any idea?
Does it relate to IRQ conflict problem? Because I had to disable SB emulation in device manager/creative multimedia to eliminate the IRQ conflict.

PCI 5: U.S. Robotic 56kps modem.
