A7V133-C Hanged in Windows

I am having problem with my motherboard. Everytime it goes into window it will hang. My specs is as follow :
Asus A7V133-C mobo
AMD Athlon 1.4Ghz
250W PSU
8G Quantum HDD
Creative 3D Blaster Savage 4(32Mb)
SBLive!

I guess maybe it's because i never format my HDD when i upgrade my comp from P3 to AMD processor. Do you think that's the problem...Need Help badly !
 
That probably is the reason.

Did you install the VIA 4-in-1 drivers?
