A7v133 Asus Update utility problem

I have an Asus A7V133 mb and AMD 1.33 Tbird. I am running win2k and tried to install the Asus update utilities (asusupd32803.exe) and received an error message:
"Can not find driver BS_LOAD.DLL under C:\DOCUME~1\ADMIN~1.RPT\LOCALS~1\TEMP\_ISTMP4.DIR\_ISTMP0.DIR"

Does anyone know what this means? I got the same error when I tried to install the update utility from the ASUS cdrom.

This must be the result of using the Administrator account. Once I switched to my regular user accound the ASUS LiveUpdate utility installed just fine.
