One has onboard audio, the other doesn't. I had planned on getting it without, but then I caught a thread that said the one with the audio had the necessary switches to adjust the multiplier to make an easier overclock. I'm guessing that was the first board version. Does anyone know if they've moved the switches to the w/out audio board?
 
the one with no audio has the dip switches. at least thats the way mine is. That makes sense since we overclockers typically dont want our processor wasting time creating audio.
