A7V, Thunderbird overclocking probs

OK.. I have a thunderbird 700 chip running at 800mhz now, 1.86v, 100mhz fsb, 8x multiplyer.. I cant get it to take anything over a 8.5 multiplyer without booting. I can get it to post with 900 but halfway through booting windows it locks up on the windows 98 startup screen. On 10x multiplyer it doesnt beep, boot or post.. just sits there running the fan.

I got a suggestion once to put rear window defroster on the L1 bridges (that i had at first just patched up with pencil), which I did.. but it didnt help the situation as it did him. Any suggestions?
