A7V Siren sound, Doesn't Boot

When I turn it on, It just gives this repeating 2 tone siren sound, and the computer doesn't boot up at all. Asus doesn't list this beep code, So i have no clue as I'm yet to find any real info on this online. This is with an Asus A7V and a 900 Athlon. Thanks in advance for any help.

hmmm..think i found the answer...alternating high and low beeps equals dead cpu....damn
