A7V can't raise bus speed.

Hi! I am using duron 600 o'ced to 950 @1.65v, I have tried to set the bus speed to 101Mhz while uppered all the voltage and set the multiply as 6, still no good, the system frozed and i have to set the bus speed back to 100. I have also tried to set the memory speed to 100mhz while uping the bus speed.
Any idea?

That is the bottleneck of the KT133 chipset, rather than of your motherboard. It just doesn't like that overclocked bus. Did you try 103, 105?

Was the duron still overclocked when you tried this?
Could be that your duron don't like 960.
If your duron was still running at 950, then try changing the multiplier to like 8 and then see how high you can get the FSB up to.. you should be able to get to 105 or so... then see how high you can get the multiplier to go. (in your case, based of the assumption that your chip is maxed at 950, and you got the bus up to 105 then your multiplier would be 9 (945Mhz))
