The best bet is for you to find how to unlock your CPU first. There are numerous descriptions on the net, using either conductive pen or even a pencil. You need to close the L1 bridges. Once you do it, you can change the multiplier in BIOS.
A7v is one of the motherboards that use KT133 chipset, rather than the latest KT133A. It is somewhat limited in FSB overclocking, with very few people reporting success of going over 110 MHz.
The safest thing to do is to keep FSB at 100 - 105, and just play with the multipliers. You should be able to do 1 GHz easily.
If you want to get a little crazier, you may want to increase voltage a bit to help stability at higher frequency, but you should have a good CPU heatsink / fan and good air circulation in your case.
