A7V 266-E Bios settings lost after turn off power

After shutdown my machine and turned off the power of my Enermaxx or disconnect the powercable, I lost my Bios settings (everything to default), if I power on my machine again. I did not make the mistake with the RTC jumper....

My Board Revision is 1.07. ....

The Lithium battery is okay...

Is there a solution for the problem?
