A7N8X + XP2200+ "A"@1.9GHz (9.5*200MHz) Possible?

My question is this, If I buy:

ASUS A7N8X Deluxe
a 512MB stick of Corsair XMS PC3500C2-PT
AMD XP 2200+ "A" Tbred unlocked using the wire mod.

will I be able to run this baby at 9.5*200MHz giving me an overclock of 1900MHz? If so, will it give me stability problems? if it wont work why not and what is my alternative for super high FSB's?

and finally, anyone have a similar setup like this and would like to share your success story?

Absolutely. I ran at 205 x 9.5 easily. Then tried 200 OK. The only thing holding me back was Ram (My Crucial PC2100 can't take it) . So I run at 190 FSB now.

On the A7N8X?

Some people are finding out that A7N8X doesn't like high speed, such as PC3200 and PC3500, memory modules.
The combination causes random system reboot. It seems, however, lower speed memory modules work fine even when overclocked.

you're better off getting the epox nforce2 board for 200fsb

and it should be possible considering it has voltage adjustments and pci/agp locking

The A7N8X has everything you just mentioned. I am now running at 195 x 10 and my Crucial PC2100 is holding up well. Imagine what PC3200 will do. From what I have seen so far Epox and Asus has similar benches. Therefore it comes down to features and stability. ASUS is lacking in BIOS updates so far - only one bios in over 1 month. Nevertheless it is very stable so far (after 2 weeks of bashing it).

Well I just placed my order with NewEGG for the A7N8X and 512MB Corsair XMS PC3500C2. Total is $411 after tax. I have the cpu already that is already unlocked and I will update this thread with my progress. My goal is to have a 100MHz overclock of the XP2200+ with a FSB of 200MHz ie. 9.5*200. I would also like it to be stable, so im crossing my fingers on this one.

Edit: Im also planning on running the memory in synch with the FSB.

i really don't use any onboard crap, so epox will be a cheaper option, and in the oc tests on anandtech, the epox was able to get a high stable fsb (194!!!!)

I use to be like that for onboard crap - but things have changed sonny. Onboard audio and lan are real excellent on the A7N8X.
