A7N8X problem - won't boot higher than 100 FSB

Just built a system for a friend with Rev 2 board (stock BIOS) with an XP2000. It was running fine at 133 FSB for burn-in for 2 months. We decided to up the FSB to 166 and got no reboot. Had to hard reboot --> reset itself to FSB 100. Set it to 133...same thing. Now I can't get the thing to POST at anything better than 100 FSB without having to do a hard-reset and then having it default back to 100 FSB.

I tried popping out the battery and jumper-resetting the CMOS but no luck.

Thanks
