A7N8X Dlx Temp Monitoring software

Just bought a used A7N8X Dlx and came with no software, is there any temperature software programs I can d/l for it? Thanks!

MBM5 gives me nuts readings, as does Asus Probe, problem with temp diodes or programs? Asus Probe ALWAYS gives me a reading of 49, which MBM reads about 7-8 degrees less than the bios reading. Whats the deal?
