A7N8X-DLX and Promise Ultra 100

I have this board set up with a raid array on the SIL controller that I boot off of. I want to add in a Promise Ultra 100 I have laying around so I can add a couple more drives in that I have some junk on. When I add in the Promise board the machine will no longer boot from the RAID array and there is seemingly no way to designate which "SCSI" device the board boots from. Anyone know a way to get around this?
