SM Bus stands for

S-ystems M-anagement B-us (Systems Management Bus)

There should be drivers on the MB install CD to take care of this. However, perhaps someone that actually uses that MB can give an assist here.

I found some info on this page. It might prove helpful but I didn't read the entire two page thread.

BTW, I didn't address the BIOS settings but those should not be a big concern. What are the options anyway?

I mean what is SM bus used for. There is a connector on my mobo but I have nothing connected to it.There are options of enable/disable SMBus in BIOS.Since I have nothing connected to the connector i have disabled it in the bios.I dont remeber if I have installed the drivers for it or not. What exactly does it do anyway?
And thanks for the link. You have been a great help:D
